Vendor Information

General Information:

Anyone can be a vendor at 3-D Fineries. Instead of charging vendors 1/2 of all sales like some other sites, 3-D Fineries charges a flat monthly fee of $10 & any PayPal fees you accrue due to sales.

If you don't sell anything at all in any given month, you are not charged any fees what-so-ever. Vendors will be paid on the 15th of each month via PayPal & will be supplied copies of all reports related to your sales. Sorry, but payments are made in USD only.

3-D FINERIES VENDOR AGREEMENT

This is a legal & binding contract between 3-D Fineries (hereafter referred to as 3D Fineries) &______________________(hereafter referred to as Vendor).

I, (name)_______________________, of (street)________________________, (city)_______________, (country)_____________________, (postal code)_________________ (phone)____________________, (email address)_____________________________, do hereby enter into this agreement by entering my information on these lines. I, the Vendor, agree to the following:

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Vendor is responsible for ensuring all content submitted is legally owned by the Vendor making the submission. 3D Fineries is not responsible for any copyright infringements & any Vendor found in violation of copyright law will be removed from the site.

2. Vendor agrees to open and maintain a PayPal account with a valid email on file with 3D Fineries as a condition of being a vendor.

2. Vendor agrees to pay 3-D Fineries a Vendor Fee of $10 per month + any PayPal fees accrued from sales.

4. Vendor agrees to pay all fees associated with PayPal as generated by Vendor's monthly sales. I also understand that 3-D Fineries has been approved for micropayments. The average cost of micropayment fees associated with PayPal are currently: 5% + .05 cents. These fees are assessed for my sales for that month. Currency exchange rates, cross-border fees, & foreign currency conversion fees will apply to payments from outside the U.S. PayPal's cross-border transaction fee is an additional 1%. PayPal's Currency conversion fees are 2.5% + current exchange rate.

5. I understand that if I do not have any sales I will not be charged a fee.

3D FINERIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 3-D Fineries agrees to maintain a general PayPal account to collect any moneys generated through the selling of any accepted products for any Vendor selling their works at 3D Fineries. Payments are made in U.S. Currency only.

2. 3D Fineries agrees to generate monthly sales reports and email those reports to submitting Vendors that receive sales during that period. PayPal fees will be deducted from Vendor's total monthly sales amount before payment is made to the Vendor each month. All reports will specify the fees paid to PayPal on behalf of the Vendor. 3-D Fineries will also provide a copy of the payment to the PayPal account. This report will be e-mailed each month & will include a list of sold items, PayPal fees associated with the items sold, & any chargebacks that may be incurred.

3. 3-D Fineries will generate payouts (minus chargebacks & PayPal fees) on the 15th day of each month into the Vendor's PayPal account.

Vendor must email the complete agreement with their information typed in the blank field to vendors@3dfineries.com. Any & all other correspondences should be made to admin@3dfineries.com.

This agreement is subject to amendments as needed. All submitting artists will immediately be advised by email, on file with the Store, of the need for the changes to the agreement and the reasons and be given the chance to either resubmit a new agreement or have their products removed from 3-D Fineries' Store.
